   1. The Upper School has a signature program called JST (January Short Term). This is the time where the Upper School students have internships and participate in projects which give them real-world experiences while still in high school.  A group of students are interning under P. E. teacher Jessi Wunder.  One of their experiences is to teach basketball skills to our third and fourth graders.  Everyone is learning and having fun.

2.  Mike Byster, a math genius, visited the Grades 1-4 classrooms and showed them how to make math fun by tricks and games.  Everyone loved him.  A lot of parents joined us and were just as amazed as the children.

Our expert teachers will engage children as they take part in interactive STEAM based activities and make something fun to take home!
Families will also enjoy locally-sourced snacks from our food service provider, HandCut Foods and enjoy a story with our delightful and energetic librarian.

Current and prospective families are welcome!

1. The Kindergarten finished their study of Transportation by putting on a "Car Show" for their parents and other students in Lower School.  All of the students designed their own vehicles and created them using recyclable materials.

  2. Wassail was wonderful! All the Griffin Buddies got together to make blankets for Project Linus.  We then sang Holiday songs and had treats.  It was so much fun, and we made 55 blankets for children who are ill and in the hospital. It was a great way to end the year!

  3. The Pre-kindergarten and Junior Kindergarten celebrated the end of 2018 by making gingerbread men which ran away and they had to find them.  They found them in and then made houses for them with help from their parents.
