The First-Fourth Graders celebrated the end of Leadership Week with a field trip on the Wendella Boat Architecture Tour. You should all be so proud of your children. I was at the end of the line as we were leaving the boat, and the captain said we had the best behaved and nicest children he has seen in a long time.
ROYCEMORE SWAG/GEAR: Please visit our online store at www.roycemoreschool.org/ schoolstore to get wonderful items to wear and use. I know you will all love what the RFA has chosen. Then everyone can wear your swag on October 3, Roycemore Day. It is the 103 anniversary of the opening of our school. We hope to see you all at the Pep Rally 8:45-9:15 a.m. You should have received an invitation from the RFA.
The book fair is coming December 10-14, and we need help to organize it! The Roycemore Book Fair is an excellent opportunity to encourage our students' love and appreciation of awesome books! Ms. Fisher is looking for parents to help organize the fair, and for one person to be a co-chair. No experience necessary, just a willingness to help! If you love books, this is a dream come true!
All proceeds from the book fair benefits the media center and allows us to purchase books, audio books, and other materials that matter to students.
Please contact Ms. Fisher ASAP at kfisher@roycemoreschool.org. Thank you in advance for your help!
PICTURES THIS WEEK: I will be putting a lot of pictures on the blog at different places, but there will always be more at the bottom of the blog.
2. As part of Leadership Week, our Second Graders made Kindness Heart gifts for us. We all appreciated them so much.

As usual, if you have any questions or comments, don't hesitate to call or e-mail me.
